Our affiliate is one of only 5% of Habitat’s internationally that have built and renovated over 100 homes, 214 homes to be exact.  Even fewer Habitats build large neighborhoods of homes and no other affiliate does so in an enriched neighborhood, making our affiliate even more unique.

We completed our 61 home Enriched Neighborhood in Pacoima.  These homes are spacious for large families with 3-4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and 2 car garages.

In our efforts to make the project as green as possible, all homes are built to Energy Star standards with the latest energy and water saving appliances.  Community spaces include a 3,500 square foot Tot Lot and a 3,607 square foot Urban Community Garden, offering a sustainable source of fruits and vegetables for Habitat families.  In our efforts to take a stand against urban blight and graffiti in the Pacoima area, we are planting vines and trees and painting the outside walls with anti-graffiti finishing.
